Walk the Walk is one of the first exercise DVDs that I used when I was at my largest weight. It's easy to begin with and also easy to advance with. I gave most of you a copy of this at church. For those of you who do not attend WORDChurch, please contact me for a copy.

Rockin' Body Disc 1 begins with Mark, Move & Groove. This workout disc is one of the most fun set of workouts I've ever done. This will be the 3rd DVD which works in conjunction with Disc 2. You will receive that one approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving Disc 1. I want you to take your time and learn the moves and really enjoy this disc.

Weight Watchers Points Plus Workout Sampler is a workout that I got in a package deal. It's great for beginning weight use. If you are new to working out, please begin with the PP Beginner Workout. This is the second disc you will receive.

Rockin' Body Disc 2 is more work than Disc 1. This disc is more about building hard core muscles. When you work with Rock It Out and you complete it, there's a great feeling of accomplishment. I can't wait to get back to this one. I've learned over the years that taking your time to build muscle groups is VERY IMPORTANT. This keeps you from hurting yourself and having to stop your workout for long periods of time. So be patient, and pray as you begin every day for strength and determination as you move forward.
